Terms of Service

Last updated: April 12, 2026

1. Service Description

PigeonMCP ("the Service") is a hosted email integration service provided by BrunchLabs LLC. The Service allows users to connect their email accounts and access them through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Email Account Access

By connecting your email accounts, you authorize PigeonMCP to:

  • Read, search, and list your email messages
  • Send emails and create drafts on your behalf when instructed through MCP tools
  • Access your contacts and calendar data (where applicable)
  • Store encrypted OAuth tokens to maintain your connection

You may disconnect any email account at any time through the dashboard. Disconnecting an account immediately revokes our access and deletes stored tokens.

4. Data Handling

We do not store your email content. Email data is fetched from your email provider in real-time when requested through MCP tools and is not cached or retained. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using per-user derived keys.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Access accounts you are not authorized to use
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Assumption of Risk

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. PigeonMCP acts as a conduit between your AI tools and your email providers. You are solely responsible for any actions taken through the Service, including emails sent, drafts created, and messages modified.

8. Limitation of Liability

BrunchLabs LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, unauthorized access, emails sent in error, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BrunchLabs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or any actions taken through your connected email accounts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
